Apply for Services

The ABLE Library is a free talking book and braille library service. We serve people with low vision or blindness. We also serve patrons with a physical or print disability that keeps them from being able to read standard print. We help patrons of all ages access books in a format that fits their reading needs.

 

If you would like to become a member of the library, you will need to fill out an application. When you are working on the application, please fill out all the sections. Applications can be sent to the library by mail or email. If you have questions about how to fill out the application, please contact us.

 

New patrons ages 12 and up should use the Individual Application:
