The Many Faces of BARD: April 13, 2023

The National Library Service Patron Engagement Section hosts the "Many Faces of BARD" online event on the second Thursday of every month, at 7:00 p.m. eastern time. Each monthly event covers one aspect of BARD (Braille and Audio Reading Download service). The program is open to all.

The topic for the April 13, 2023, "Many Faces of BARD" program will be BARD: Open Access. The program will begin at 7:00 p.m. The event will last for one hour. It will be recorded.

Reconnecting to the World of Work and Each Other

Hosts: Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired and Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired

Where: Capitol Plaza, 100 State Street, Montpelier

Keynote Speaker: Kyle Robidoux. Kyle is a motivational speaker with a focus on goal setting and pushing through. Kyle is an ultra-runner who helped create and launch United in Stride. Kyle is legally blind.

DBVI Virtual Workshops

The Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired plans to host two online workshops. We will talk about Assistive Technology and Finance Management. People who are blind or visually impaired are welcome to join.
